The number one reason that I chose Ms. Bautista was how much she was able to sell a neighboring house for. It was after I met her that I knew she was a blessing and a Godsend. She is extremely professional, compassionate, considerate, understanding, and passionate about her work.

Ms. Bautista went to the ends of the earth with meeting MY needs in my timing which was difficult and crucial to our purchase and move. She immediately scheduled an open house that weekend and made sure to have open communications with me during the entire process. I was always kept in the loop about the game plan, and always had a choice to change directions. Ms. Bautista is so passionate about her work that I 100% trusted her decisions and strategic plan to meet my needs and it coincide with our timing and planning for relocation to another state.

I cannot report how comforting and pleasing it was to leave this home and the sale of it in the hands of Ms. Bautista. Not once did I regret, nor feel nervous about entrusting the sale to Ms. Bautista. I never felt uncomfortable. She explained EVERYTHING every step of the way. It was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the slimy and shady investors and some realtors that I have met. I will tell you this, I don't say things to be nice. I speak from the heart and truthfully.

I'm pretty sure that I may have dealt with possibly two other people. Mary was phenomenal in her phone calls. She spoke very clearly and professionally. I can tell that Ms. Bautista and her communicate well and were on the same page.

I know nothing of Century 21 Allstars. How fortunate to have Ms. Bautista on your team. It is the only representation that I have to base my decisions on. She has represented Century 21 Allstars in a manner that is hard to do. I never received any negativity from her, not a bad day, no low points, always energetic, on fire, positive, didn't persuade me in a direction I wasn't comfortable with, knew my focus and goal, and was ALWAYS keeping my best interest in the forefront of her mind. I have gained a trustworthy friend for life. I will remain in contact with her and I have already referred her to friends. I hope she is recognized for how well she represents Century 21 Allstars.
